This course will help you unlock your potential as a manager and equip you with the knowledge, skills and resilience to become a future global leader.
You’ll gain an advanced understanding of leadership styles and effective people management techniques. Simulation workshops and exercises will train you to successfully apply core business principles in practice.
Our holistic approach will enable you to develop your own personal management and leadership style based on your individual qualities.
The Leadership & Change pathway will teach you how to recognise and maximise new opportunities, and effectively respond to cultural shifts and technological advances.
Guest lectures hosted by senior managers and leaders from a range of industries will broaden your business knowledge and expose you to new insights and career options.
On successful completion of this degree, you will be eligible for the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) dual award accredited extended Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. You will also have access to the Institute’s selected events and online resources during your time at Regent’s.
This specialist degree will develop you into an agile leader who is able to manage people and projects in a variety of organisational contexts.

Undergraduate degree with a minimum 2:2 classification, or international equivalent
English Language Requirements
IELTS: Overall score of 6.5, with 5.5 or above in all 4 component parts, or equivalent.
